Waco

Authenticity in a city with small-town appeal.

Welcome to Waco

Nestled against the Brazos River is Waco, a mid-size city with a small-town atmosphere. Situated approximately halfway between Dallas and Austin along I-35, Waco has access to both metropolitan areas as well as its own distinctive shopping, dining, and entertainment venues.

With hot summers and typically mild winters, Waco residents spend a lot of time outdoors, which is made easy with nearby Lake Waco and a riverwalk along the Brazos River. Homes in Waco trend on the spacious side with everything from French Provencal mansions to traditional ranch-style properties. Whether you’re searching for a stunning country estate or a starter home, let Waco’s diverse real estate speak to you.
